"Absolutely wonderful hotel! Clean, modern, quiet. Their on site restaurant and bar are amazing. When we realized we didn’t pack a razor for the trip, a staff member hand delivered four to our room! My only “complaint” is that the balcony isn’t entirely private. The separation walls have designs that don’t allow for much privacy if you and your neighbors were out on your balconies at the same time. "This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived late because of traffic and upon arrival found out they sold our 6 person suite to someone else. The people on staff at the table then proceeded to spend the next HOUR scolding me for booking through Expedia saying that it doesn’t guarantee the room that I chose. Then they went on and on that the room they list as sleeping 6 could not have slept 6 even if they still had it. Their suggestion was to leave half of my family in...
