The room was nice and clean and the decor was chic. However there were steep steps to the room with no elevator so very difficult to lift suitcases. Otherwise a good night’s stay.

My worst experience ever staying at the hotel no communication locked out at the sleep in my car. I would never recommend anybody to stay there. The bed is horrible no curtains window basically nothing nice to say about that property. Sorry.

The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs.

No reception. No response from the support no. Given after I reached there to realise that it’s unwelcoming property. I didn’t stay at property. Need refund of my money. Not worth spending this amount since you have better options available

Everything was great until, we got locked out. I accidentally click wrong digit wrong then done the right one right after and it locked us out and would not let us in. My phone was locked in, I tried to contact them from borrowed phone and communication was really bad. We was locked out for over hour. They manually unlocked after over hour but original passcode would not work and they never resolved and it was the first day. We had to pack and leave early because we could not log back in the room. They never tried to resolve the issue so I wasted my money when I paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. Such disappointment.
