"The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. "Under what did you like I would check every one, especially location by the water and Thames St. In addition, when we had car trouble, the hotel mechanic went out of his way to crawl under the car and diagnose the problem for us."
