Les clés magnétiques de chambre étaient difficiles à faire fonctionner, nous devions nous reprendre plusieurs fois.

When checking in, the person hardly acknowledged us and was not very welcoming. They didn’t provide us with any directions for how to find the room. And when we got to the room, the room keys hadn’t been programmed and we had to come back down. The rest of the hotel property and stay was fine. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But when checking out, I again had barely received a Bye or a “thanks for staying”.

Just an average hotel stay this time. The location is convenient and close to shopping options. The hotel was hot and stuffy but our room cooled down by the end of the day. Staff was trying to keep up with a busy breakfast but they just didn’t have capacity for everyone who was there at the same time. Nothing sets this hotel apart as an exceptional choice.

Great stay! Clean room, quiet. Kids enjoyed the pool- nice temperature. Liked the convenience of the laundry facility if needed. Beautiful area where hotel is located.

Handy to restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. I was disappointed that the hot tub was broken, and there was no mention of that on their website.

Simple and clean. Exactly what we needed. Gym is small but clean. There was a woman in the breakfast room who was clearly on drugs and disturbing the patrons, wearing a bed sheet and going back and forth to the pool, leaving her food in the common areas and making a huge mess, it took a while for staff to act and it was very uncomfortable is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. I understand they are probably not paid well enough to be handling this potentially dangerous situation but they should have procedures in place to get the police involved when needed.

Clean and pleasant. The soap quality leaves something to be desired…not unlike washing with a rock. Possibly due to hard water, but lather is lacking. Appreciate the calm atmosphere. Definitely relaxing. : )

That was the smallest "queen" bed ever. Didn't sleep very well. Smoke detector had plastic over it. There was a large splatter on the wall by the window. We needed extra pillows and they were very happy to give us some.

I liked how close it was to amenities. I felt the hotel has not been maintained. I had stayed back in 2020 or 2021 and the hotel has declined a lot since. Just needs some TLC. Staff was great!

The room was a nice size. The staff were not very friendly. The pool was small. The carpet were old and worn out. It was noisy with kids playing in the hall way and knocking on the doors. There was not enough parking spots available had to wait for someone to leave.

Friendly staff, always said good morning or hello. Very helpful. The brwakfast was a nice benefit over other hotels in the area. Thats why we usually stay there when we travel that way.
