"Amazing day I enjoyed it definitely will be rebooking again. Room was clean. Bathroom was amazing. Everything worked properly. The staff was wonderful professional great mannerism very helpful. The area was beautiful very close to everything that you would wanna do while you’re in New York City close to everything everybody’s helpful and nice it was just a wonderful stay. I recommended that anybody coming to New York City."
"They charge $6 per bag to hold them when you check out in morn if you still have the day to spend in the city. I’ve never had to pay for that at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. They also charge $38 a day for their “fee”. They do offer a $35 credit a day for food or drink to off set that I guess. We decided to get Starbucks the next morning to use the credit and waited almost 45 minutes for our order to only be incorrect. The lattes we ordered had no flavor and the chia was very off. Complete waste of time and the credit. Air conditioner wasn’t cooling efficiently. They did send someone up very quickly. He was able to get the room a little cooler and we got a fan brought to room . Room was clean and comfortable. Mattresses were a bit too soft for my liking but I know some would love it."
"The room was clean and worked well with some flexibility for me and my two daughters in terms of the shower and toilet, tight quarters as advertised. The lobby was nice and elevators easy to use once we understood the system. There were common toilets on the cellar level and they stored our bags after checkout so we could explore NYC more before our train. Our only issue was that the TV did not stream well with the Apple TV app at first (it took a handful of times restarting before it wouldn’t freeze and close) and the volume was moderate at its highest level. Otherwise, one reading light didn’t work but on the whole everything was very nice and the location was excellent for both subway access and getting to the theater for Hamilton and both downtown and uptown."
"It's the perfect location right in the hard of the city. Walking distance to time square, a block from the subway to get to the airport one straight shot."
