"I loved this hotel. One of the more comfy beds I've stayed in in a hotel. Location is great. We wanted a pool but beware it's only open for free for hotel guests from 830-1130 after that it's 21+ and costs. It's not much and was a lot of fun just wasn't disclosed before we booked. The views cannot be beat honestly. The staff were all great and we really enjoyed the spa. I've stayed in a lot of nyc hotels this will probably become my go to. "

"A great property. Everything we asked for was fobe without question. There is no kettle in the room, but as soon as we asked for one it was bought up. Room serviced daily. Doorman was lovely and friendly, even in the heat. Happily stored our luggage when we arrived early and when we checked out and carried on exploring the ciry before our 5pm pickup. Only criticism was the niose from the roof terrace the last night. And the bathroom shower could do with re sealing. But overall was a great...
