"Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems. "The rooms were clean, pillows were soft and fluffy, crisp clean sheets and top blankets. The ORGANIC KIND BRAND shampoo and conditioner, lotion and bodywash was a nice added surprise. Check in, is 3 pm,however they do offer a complimentary bag Check service until your room is ready for Check in, which is very helpful, especially with timed activities. "Hotel was lovely, we were a family of 4 and stayed in a connecting room overlooking Broadway. Super clean bedrooms with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pastries and coffee were very tasty from the bakery next door for breakfast served by very friendly staff. Could have perhaps offered slightly more than $10 though. All in all a fantastic hotel."
