"Small space with huge advantages! Staff was helpful and awesome with answering questions and offering free tours daily. Location was the best ! Breakfast was great . Lounge very nice and cozy. The bar is very nice. Great vibe in the lobby area the decor and music were great. View from my window was awesome ! Short walk to everywhere and subway literally next door! I highly recommend. Very affordable as well."

"Check in was a mess. Staff couldn’t find my reservation. Then said I only paid for one night when I had paid in full for entire stay. Then said she would need a $450 incidental deposit fee on my card. I pulled up my reservation invoice and suddenly she found everything. What a mess plus she was rude."

They were interested and invested in resolving the problem and closing out this experience well. "The rooms were not as advertised. Extremely small & severely outdated. Had hair on the supposedly fresh towels. The bathroom walls & floor were soaked with condensation from the shower. Definitely a slip & fall waiting to happen. No ventilation in the room or bathroom. It’s either extremely hot/humid. Noise from other floors & doors slamming. "I have never in my life been able to sleep the first night in a hotel or anywhere that is not my own bed. The beds are so comfortable and the noise level is so well maintained, that I was actually able to sleep! We only stayed one night, but if we’re ever in the city, we will definitely stay here again! The parking and location was super convenient too."
