"The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. "

"The room was clean and we also used the gym. My husband took advantage of the complimentary day pass at 24hr fitness and he said it was nice to have that option. We also enjoyed the valet, they were prompt and easy to request our car right away via text. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall "

"The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage."

"When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. "

"Wish they had an indoor pool instead of an outdoor pool but that’s a personal preference and the water pressure for the toilets are really bad but not their fault. Hot water was amazing! Everything super clean we missed breakfast because the bed was superrrrr comfortable needed another pillow and that would have made it perfect but the ones we had were fine. "Parking spacious Mall convenient Price affordable "

"From the moment we checked in we were greeted by Judith. She was calm, sweet and very helpful. For the entire stay she always had a smile on her face. Made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and the hotel bar had a great vibe. The only drawback was our room was on the backside of the hotel and the view was of a cemetery. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it ....
