"My room was clean and very well appointed. The temperature was set to a nice setting when I first checked in so I only made slight changes. The check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful/informative. I was surprised that breakfast had a charge but it's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel so it's probably the norm now."

"The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful...

"Very clean room, great breakfast, staff was really nice. The only thing I would try to change is the lingering smell of cigarette smoke when you enter the building. I know it’s smoke free but the building still smelled liked it in the entrance area. The rest of the building was good. "

"Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Property was secure, and within walking distance to several points of interest (USC, restaurants, the capital, etc.). There is a gym onsite, but no pool. I would stay here again, and recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. "

"Lobby is the key feature...a few too many abandoned businesses on the street detract. Basic room was a bit plain. Chicken and biscuits delicious for breakfast but they were 20 minutes late the day we needed to depart."
