"Our stay at Virgin has zero complaints! The staff was excellent, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a fantastic view. The amenities were great, we took advantage of the car service and enjoyed drinks at the Commons Club. All around a great stay. "

"The room was immaculate! Fresh /clean and felt like home. The staff throughout the property (especially Joey our Bellman and our waitress at lunch (sorry I forgot her name! 1/7/26) were so welcoming and went above and beyond!"

"I Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless. Addition, the staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. I also really enjoyed the karaoke and the bar. Definitely I will be back. "
