"Staff of this hotel are super helpful. They changed my room to one with a nice view on one request and additionally provided a packed breakfast as I was leaving at 6 in the morning. Breakfast served in the hotel is very nice. The room was very small and the bathroom super small. For two nights it was not a problem ."

"Great location and room specifically booked a room for the view. Quiet area with easy walking to town and restaurants. The roof deck is great to give you a lovely panorama of Tromso. The igloos seem expensive but would be great for a group to splurge"

"In a quiet location in the centre. We had a lovely spacious studio room on floor 3 with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Apart from the air- conditioning being a bit too intrusive, we loved the room. We loved the view across the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit crowded if you don't go in early. The outside of the hotel isn't very smart- looking but inside the lobby has a nice sitting area with coffee and cookies. We would definitely stay there again if we could book room 312!"

"Unfortunately the Hotel failed to advise us of a hotel worker strike that had been going on for several weeks. This hotel actually was closed, and we didn’t find out until we showed up at the front door. Very disappointed that the hotel did not advise of the closure. They moved us to a sister hotel, which was an acceptable alternative."
