"Excellent experience! We stayed 4 nights July 2026. Super clean, friendly, and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package which was very nice - couple of days they had nice a la carte options like eggs benedict and nutella banana waffles, a few days they had a buffet with eggs, potatoes, french toast, pastries, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. We're a family of 4 with 2 teen boys so of course it was a little tight but expected for NYC. Front desk and housekeeping provided water bottles upon request. The little "fridge/cooler" in the room was not very cold but we just kept water in there. One of the days, there were thunder storms and the bell desk provided beautiful complimentary loaner umbrellas (nice touch). It is perfectly located within a block of Time Square and a couple of blocks from Rockefeller. We were on the 16th floor and it was pretty quiet (faint sirens every now and then) but very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel."
