"Beautiful property, excellent location for our needs and the staff were super friendly and helpful. First class hotel at its finest. Lovely courtyard to relax and eat some lunch."

"The bed was comfy and clean, the air conditioning worked well, if a little noisy. The hotel was situated well with good access.
The hotel is very 'tired' and all the furnishings reflect this. No fridge in the hotel room. Just a warning the bathroom although clean, was marble throughout with very sharp corners, on slip and you're in trouble. The staff were friendly. Also, food wasn't offered leaving a trek to find something decent for breakfast. I suppose you get what you pay for."

"A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally.
