"La ubicación del hotel es excelente, especialmente para moverse caminando por Times Square y zonas cercanas. El personal fue amable y profesional durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estuvo limpia, fue cómoda y adecuada para descansar después de días largos en la ciudad. En general, el hotel ofrece un ambiente agradable y servicios que cumplen con lo esperado para una estancia confortable."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
