"Very disappointed with our stay. During the last two days, there was no hot water, so we were unable to take showers or even properly bathe. We repeatedly called the front desk and never answered, so annoying. It became extremely frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, the rooms smelled terrible the entire stay. The only halfway decent part of the experience was the free breakfast in the morning. For the amount paid, this experience was unacceptable, and I truly feel some type of resolution or compensation should be offered"

"Felt so lucky we chose Omni to stay at for our San Antonio trip. It was the perfect location on the river walk, the staff at the hotel were all SO friendly and kind, and the coffee shop and restaurant were both wonderful. They were able to accommodate early check in for us and provided a fan on request. I would recommend anyone stay here as we had such a lovely vacation."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The property is clearly poorly maintained — the rooms are falling apart, the bathroom tubs are peeling, the AC vents had visible mold, the carpets were dirty, and the entire room had an awful smell. The pool area was chaotic, dirty, and far from relaxing. On top of that, the hotel staff was consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed unwilling to assist guests with even basic concerns. The overall attitude from employees made the experience even worse. Valet parking was another nightmare. We waited approximately 45 minutes every time we needed our car, yet were still charged an outrageous $60 per day for the service. Overall, this was a horrible experience and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else."

"Hotel is in a convenient location but my biggest issues was that the TV did not always work, the front desk would send a guy up to the room but you should not have to call each time your TV does not work. I am used to the room having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You only had a 0.7ml of shampoo wish I would have known so I would have brought my own. The carpet in the room felt so dirty, I tried to walk barefoot once, but not again and I left the hotel with bites on my body. Not a good experience"
