"The airport shuttle was great. They would take us anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel, and that included The Henry Ford Museum. Unfortunately, I was sick the whole time we were there and thankful I had a nice clean room to stay in. That was the extent of my vacation."

"We requested room service for three consecutive nights. We were away from the hotel for at least 10–16 hours each day, leaving early every morning. I returned each night and complained to the front desk because we had to request additional towels daily. Each time, I was told, “No problem, I’ll make sure it’s done tomorrow.” Unfortunately, we never received room service during the entirety of our trip."
