"The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."

"So apparently this property allows tenants to rent by the week. All day and all night the tenants would congregate right behind the office and talk and yell so loud that anyone trying to do business. Oh I forgot about the barking dogs and the different tenants yelling at either the dogs/children to be quiet and or behave. I reported it to the front desk and finally around 12:45 am the noise stopped!"

"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."

"The staff aren't on one accord, depending on the day and person you will get different answers about laundry services, cleaning the rooms, extending your stay etc...the room had an ant infestation. They literally drop from the ceiling onto you, they get in your food, crawl on you while you're trying to relax. The staff was told, but the issue was never addressed. The bed, terrible, my back and hips still hurt, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor, if it wasn't for the ants. If...

"The hotels opinion of ppl riding motorcycles is horrible!! They told us we where not able to talk in the parking lot and would call the cops! If inside the buildings lobby, no more than 12 ppl or would be asked to leave the property... Dirty rooms with mild in shower on shower head! I was in room 118 if you want to double check! I would never recommend to anyone and definitely not if you own a motorcycle"
