"Good breakfast and staff but the building if pretty old for the price, elevators pretty bad, rooms extremely warm, we were to reception to ask about the AC and the answer was this is a old building so we open the balcony door to get cold air inside the room. Bathroom are rusted for the price the charge it has to be an excellent room "

"They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed."

"The room was not clean at all especially the bathroom. The front door handle of the bathroom was broken as well as the shower water handle. The trash cans were ugly, stained and dirty. They used a pen as a handle for the toilet roll paper. The hallway to the bottom floor rooms was not vacuumed. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were cheap. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"Everything was fine it was cold cold that night we had traveled from Florida basically the night before we left Florida and heading to Indy. The heat worked great and the front desk guy is a Doll!!"

"The staff was kind and eager to help. The breakfast was waffles, etc. Our room looked like it had been flooded from the room above and repaired because there was a lot of DIY repairs - around the tub and windows were in poor shape. The pillows were bad but the beds were good. The room was a little outdated but clean. The shower was hot and powerful which was good. The thermostat was old so you could control it. Basically, this is a solid hotel room for the price, but not a place I would plan...

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "

"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "

"You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! "

"We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. "
