"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "What an amazing hotel! It really made our trip to Kraków even better. The location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room was absolutely beautiful.
We were also really impressed by how quiet it was. Even though there is plenty of nightlife nearby, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside at all.
