"Chosen for airport proximity. Smaller hotel on upper levels of industrial/ medical building. Did the job (7am flight) but nothing more to recommend it."

"The apartment hotel is brand new and built with a lot of attention for detail. The apartment was clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lots of storage space. The lobby and small backyard were very pleasant to sit in and we really appreciated the nice coffee machine in the lobby, snacks and filter water. The location is great. In a quiet street but minutes away from Rotschild boulevard with it's cafes restaurants and shops."

Our flights were cancelled and they were so accommodating, understanding that we needed to move our reservation plan and dates. They were so genuinely helpful with the check in and check out times and process -- you really felt that the staff wanted to help make it good for us as much as possible. "Prior to checking in we made arrangements with the staff with even emails to ensure my son's check in process was smooth. We made multiple calls to ensure no issues. However, when he arrived, the staff would not honor the emails and communication and would not allow him to check in. They left him stranded despite multiple calls and emails. Felt like the hotel did not care and made no accommodations to ensure he was okay"

And they DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS ON EXPEDIA.
