"The hotel is located walking distance from the city centre , excellent location, staff polite and professional. Our only issue was that we were closed to the staff lift and it was very noisy from early morning and this prevent us from resting. "The property is amazing. Beautiful inside and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The instructions they provided for arriving and checking in were very welcome as we came from the US. It's right in old town so there's no shortage of shops and excellent food nearby. However at night as it's a popular area it was a bit noisy at night - nothing that bothered me and nothing the property owners could do anything about, of course.
