"Wonderful stay. Very upscale, but we were never looked down upon even though we were just there for a brief honeymoon stay. We paid for one day of the breakfast, and it was delicious. It was nice to have the Family Mart right in the hotel, as well as ways to heat up the meals you could purchase from there."

"The onsite staff and team were amazing! I felt safe and they went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely share with family and friends who consider to visit Japan - Osaka/Kyoto to stay at Toyoko Inn Osaka Itami Kuko. I want to also give a huge thank you to the gentleman (Apologies I can't recall his name but he had an accent) He was so kind, helpful and ensured the waiting area was well lit, offered me coffee and some bread, as I waited for my taxi ride to KIX airport that Friday morning as I checked out. Thank you!"
