"We had a wonderful stay at the Gold Rush Hotel while our daughter attended camp nearby. The hotel has a charming historic feel and is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Julian. Our room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located on the first floor, making it easy to bring our luggage in and out. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. I love the Tranquility room, it is spacious, comfortable and on the first level, with direct access to the great deck overlooking their great views.
