"Hotel was well situated for travelling into Milan. Staff were extremely helpful. Food was excellent. We had a lovely Japanese spa. Thank you Dai. Next time I am in Milan I will stay at enterprise."

"The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to the metro and in an area with lots of bc restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices, including GF. The bar in the lobby was also great. Friendly staff with a good menu for drinks and food. Perfect for our group. I would recommend and definitely would stay here again. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again."

"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. You have to get the clean towels from the ground floor yourself, but when we needed them the cabinet was empty and they were not restocked until late the next day. On the second day of our stay we were out all day and the hotel emailed us a link to pay the city tax but we didn’t check our email and when we arrived back late at night our codes were not working, we were informed that our codes were disabled because we didn’t respond to the email, even though when we checked the email there was no time limit for the payment and no communication that our codes will be removed. We were very tired with some luggage and we had only very little battery charge on one phone and the other phone was dead. Overall it was a bad experience"

"Loved our 1 night Stay, I wish we could have stayed longer. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very attentive to details and the turndown service was nice Hotel is not too far from the city center and attractions. Loved it, would definitely return. "

"The breakfast was cold , and not 4 star quality. The beds in the room were hard. The bathroom in the rooms were quite dated and not modern . The staff were friendly and helpful . Overall I would say the hotel is more of a 3 star rather than a 4 star."
