Rooms were small, but clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. There are a few steps up to the very tiny elevator. Lots of good food, groceries and shopping nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I have is that there is a very loud trolley that runs in front of the hotel, almost 24 hours a day. We barely slept the first night. I asked to switch to a room at the back of the hotel, which was perfect. Hotel is well enough located and has good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is near Porta Venitia which is a good area but the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. The rooms are very small even by European standard.

Nice stay in Milan

A nice hotel with a great staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel need a bit of maintenance (the shower head wasn’t working) and the sound isolation was not great. But overall for the price it was a nice stay!

I liked that this property was available last minute! When I was duped by an Airbnb, it was available! My only complaint was the noise of the streetcars and other traffic going by. I was so tired that the noise did not wake me once asleep as the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaners kept it clean for our 3 day stay. Also, the breakfast downstairs offered a wide array of choices and they were delicious and it was very reasonably priced! Thank you

The location was great. 5 min walk to the M1 metro and 5/10 mins to get to Duomo. However, the price of the hotel for the quality was not adequate. I would go as far to say extortionate for the quality of the rooms and hotel. Couldn’t swing a cat and couldn’t open one door with the other open. Very claustrophobic! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice and convenient stay and would stay in the area again for location but not at this hotel for the price in comparison to others in the area! For the same price you can get better and for an extra €25-50 you can get a luxury hotel

Room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, air conditioner was working fine, hotel located in very good place near tram stop in both directions so it is very helpful to go till city centre by tram or walk 20min. Restaurants nearby. My room was single and for me was more than enough space. Breakfast was good (pancakes, sweet croissants, ham and cheese croissants) very happy with hotel

Very good value. Styling and cleanliness of rooms is exceptional. Breakfast also wonderful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The street the hotel is on seems like it would not support such a hotel but just walk to the corner and you are back to what you expect. The rooms are very small but so well laid out and furnushed it is not a problem. I will be back to Milan in the spring and will choose the same hotel.
