I arrived late and the staff assured me that my bedding was synthetic as requested, due to a feather allergy. When I got to the room it was all feather. House keeping found me one synthetic pillow but no synthetic duvet! I spent a cold night under a pile of sheets! Reception didn’t even bother to address it when I complained at check out…

We’ve booked a room for 3 people however all the consumables in the room are only for 2 people.
Lots of hair was found in the bed, disgusting.
The toilet is still wet when we get in not a good feeling.
Big supermarket to the opposite and walkable distance to the bus stop and train station which is nice.
I stay at a ,lot of Marriott hotels because I have come to expect a certain level of excellence from their properties. This hotel was a disappointment from the time we checked in until the time we left. Upon arriving, we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before someone could help us. There were 2 employees attending to one customer who was also having a service related issue. When it was finally our turn, we found out that most of the hotel was under construction and that all of the amenities listed on Hotels.com were in fact not available. It was late so we decided to check in and get some sleep. The room was ok, but about half way through the trip our TV stopped working. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to my room to fix. In addition, our room only locked from the inside, meaning that when we left for the day, our room was unlocked. They did fix this issue but come on! This seems like a basic. The TV problem was never fixed. When it was time for checkout I brought up these issues again and asked for some sort of rate reduction or extra points. I felt we were entitled to something for our sub-par stay. The desk clerk said there was nothing he could do. When I told him I would post this review and complain, he said that this was the best option. I hope that Hotels.com reads this review and makes this right! Stay away from this hotel!
Ana María en la recepción y Luis en el bar fueron muy amables. Bueno debo decir que todos, en el restaurante, los botones, etc x una excelente atención. Estuvimos en una junior suite, muy cómoda y nueva. La cama y las almohadas.
