"Great location with short walk to the Duomo and many fine dining establishments. Staff was very helpful and had good recommendations for dining. This was our last stay on the end of a 3 week road trip and the staff was very welcoming. We arrived by car and were able to turn the rental in early because the hotel offered transportation to the airport when we left."

"Great location. Easy to the metro and the Duomo is just around the corner. Has a lovely courtyard - but it is a mixed use with residential and rules about usu g the courtyard. The kitchen could use additional basics such as a kitchen towel but has the basic requirements."

"Very responsive staff when we had questions, clean room, bedside tables, lots of space for luggage and hanging items (which appears to be more rare in Europe). Only issue was the shower is flat and was very slippery when wet. Could benefit from some grip or texture on the floor. Other than that, aesthetic mirrors and light options, loved the bed frame. Comfortable to sleep in the bed, would recommend!"

"Very good air-conditioning which ran in the day even if you left. Good soundproofing - you can hear the tram but it doesn't disrupt at all. Nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Overall a comfortable stay."
