"It took 30 min to meet the host at the property. The unit is on a upper floor. The elevator is ancient, and could barely fit one person and luggage. The worst part was the A/C was not working. They told me someone would be there from approx 9-10pm local time. I left, came back after 10pm local time and the A/C was still broken. Went to sleep sweating and woke up sweating. Local temp was around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I reached out to the The Couper Milano Team to complain the following...

"Utmärkt boende med närhet till butik, café, restaurang, buss. Ganska nära till närmsta tunnelbana samt fjärrtåg. Mycket god kommunikation med värden via WhatsApp. Informativa pdf, filmer. Det fanns vatten, öl, nespressokapslar i rummet för dyra pengar men carrefour express runt hörnet var supernära och hade stort utbud. Det var varmt och saknade AC-kylning men stora fönster gjorde det bättre. Av någon anledning tömdes det glas varje natt ca 0400 på innergården. Vattnet drickbart men tydligt...
