"Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. Tem secador de toalha e aquecedor e ar nos quartos. Único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a televisão, que não dispõe de aplicativos como YouTube, Netflix e outros"

This included moving us to another room at our request, and providing insight about restaurants and places to visit in the area and Milan. Additionally, they were kind enough to escort my sister to the correct train, which was greatly appreciated. "
