"The 4-star rating of this hotel is completely misleading. This property is nowhere near 4-star standards and would struggle to qualify as a 2-star hotel. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent. We could hear everything: conversations in the hallway, noise from neighboring rooms, doors opening and closing, and even footsteps from the room above. Rest and sleep were constantly interrupted. The bathroom was by far the worst part of the room. The shower was separated only by a flimsy curtain...

"Ci siamo trovate bene con la camera. Albergo molto molto piccolo. Hall e sala per la colazione sono in pratica la stessa stanza. Avevo chiesto prima di prenotare se fosse possibile rimanere nella struttura dopo il check out fino alle 13 per lavorare da remoto e avevano detto che era possibile. Tuttavia la mattina in cui ne avevo bisogno sono stata “cacciata” alle 12 perché l albergo chiudeva. Il che mi sembra un po strano. "

"The cleanliness was top notch and I have been around Europe traveling for years! I felt like I was at home . Breakfast was a nice buffet which is not always found in Europe so that’s nice. Air conditioning worked good we were in a heatwave hit 40c and we were able to stay comfortable in our room as we needed to escape the afternoon sun. The staff is second to none , very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I return to Milano ! We had an excellent trip and are sad to be...
