"Rooms clean & neatly presented. Air conditioner on on arrival. On arrival & departure the staff were friendly & engaging. Travelling as 2 adults & did not utilise in park facilities. "Very good location but the hotel is old but in a historic way. If you have mobility issues, calling the hotel about what rooms are best would be recommended due to a small lift. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were massive and had very large bathrooms. Overall a very positive experience. "

"The room looked nothing like the picture, my view was of a metal fence, it was dark and dingy. The manager was great and relocated me to their second motel in Mildura after witnessing an angry altercation with 2 adults in the carpark when i arrived, with made me feel unsafe, the accomdation in Mildura was better."
