"We arrived early Saturday morning, as we had reservations beginning Friday the day before. The gentleman that assisted me at the desk on July 18th at about 3:30 am was professional and very helpful. We quickly arrived in our room and the rest of our stay was just as comfortable. A big thank you to this professional!"

"Its a was a convenient hotel....just wasn't my taste. Seemed very dated. The rooms were not warm and inviting...my room felt like I was in a basement. Staff at the front desk was nice. The waiters at the restaurant seemed very rude and not helpful. The beds were uncomfortable, they only had a sheet on the bed and pillows were flat as a board...so i got no rest. Im sure people find it to be a great hotel....its just not my taste or style. I would never choose this place again when I visit OC."

"Did a quick 1 day trip to Disneyland and stayed at the Hyatt Orange County. We were supposed to arrive from Philadelphia at 1:30 in the morning but didn’t arrive till 4:15. The guy at the Valet (wish I got his name) was pretty chill and very upbeat for that time of the morning. He brought out a cart and offered to help with the bags. We ended up catching a few hours sleep before heading downstairs. Did a quick morning grab of energy drink at the store and coffee from Starbucks in the lobby....

"Only complaint was difficulty operating the shower water temperature."

"They didn’t clean the rooms , they made the bed one night but left all the trash cans full. Didn’t replace toilet paper."

"The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They always looked forward to helping visitors either staying in the hotel or not. In addition, they always made sure our room was reset and some days were twice a day, which was really awesome."
