"This is the worst property I have ever stayed at the hotel was filthy. I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests"

"The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out."

"The hotel was very nice with all you would expect. Clean, tidy, good wifi, freeview TV, fridge, air con / heating. I couldn't find fault.
However the receptionist was a dreadful human being. (Mon 9th Jun just after 15:00 hrs) She was surly, sharp, rude and just not interested. Sniffing loudy and repeatedly when you spoke - despite tissues being right there on a office desk. She then stated she had 'something else urget to do right now.'
