"Enjoyed the food and playing on the pool table. Easy off and on the highway . Bar staff was great. When we stay in this area we will stay here again and again. Clean room and big bathroom in the room is always nice."

"The hotel is great. Clean and everything you need for a quick stay. The one thing? The lighting in the rooms is, shall we say, icy and blinding. Really unpleasant. Please rethink whatever bulbs you're using. I dreaded putting the lights on. Just a thought. Other than that, everything good. Thank you."

"The staff were not accommodating. I booked this for my parents and booked a king room and they were placed in a room that was in between the lobby elevator and the gym so they were surrounded by constant noise which made it challenging for them to sleep. They asked for their room to be switched and staff told them they would have to pay for another room. Ultimately they had to keep the tv on all night to drown out the noise of the gym and elevator use. "

"Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. The TV was outdated, only cable and the bathroom in our room was clearly not...

"Very clean facilities. Actually had to apologize since I thought we did not have Bath towels We actually did but I had not seen them in the shower on a rack. Breakfast was okay. Lots of choices."

"I have stayed here before and I like it. The staff is always friendly. The only issue i have is that their breakfast (or menu in general) offers no options for people like me with food allergies (i.e. gluten, dairy and soy). So all I can enjoy is black coffee in the morning. And if I arrive late, again there aren't even any snacks I can eat. It's unfortunate, but so common in the industry."

"I had to do the housekeeping myself the whole stay. Went and got my own towels to swap out as well as TP and it was only cleaned and or towels replaced once. Not happy about that! I called the day before and was ensured it was the day I was getting housekeeping but it did not happen. After running the Boston marathon and not having clean towels or even TP is pretty disappointing and exhausting that I had to do it myself. I even gathered the towels that needed to be swapped out every day but did...

"Worst experience at a hotel ever. Vaughn was great when I checked in. After that, it became a nightmare when I discovered ants in the kitchen area. I reported it, even cleaned it up, called the desk and deferred moving to another room until the next night, hoping the problem was solved. I had to work all day and came back to find more ants, Called the desk to report it and was scolded for not agreeing to move the day before which was offered to me late at night and as I left for work the next...

"Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. The property is well kept overall, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay. "
