"Had to change room as bed boards were broken. Got new room but shower products and tissues were very low almost empty "

"I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. "

"The location was accessible to the highway. However, it was very noisy due to traffic, emergency vehicles, helicopter takeoffs and landings in addition to activity outside the shelter for the homeless. The hotel made ear plugs available. However, that’s only helpful when you’re sleeping."

"Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"This hotel was exactly what we wanted for our first stay in Boston, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was adorable and the bed was so comfortable! I love that we were able to walk everywhere and we were able to leave our luggage after we checked out for the day. Will definitely stay here next time!"
