"Great hotel - room was spotless and really well finished, along with rest of hotel. Staff were very accommodating in terms of providing an earlier check in, as well as holding our luggage both before and after we left the room. Really top tier amenities. Tough location at the bottom of a cobblestone hill but not a long walk to other areas. "

"A little shocked to find out this is a 5 star hotel. Location was okay and appearances of the lobby and room was good. The reception was very kind! Unfortunately, there were a few big negatives. There were a lot of stains on walls and carpets and the rooms were too dark. The shower had zero water pressure, we complained to reception about this and once maintenance had a look they informed us the pressure was normal for the hotel. The biggest issue to me was the two instances where people...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Truly one of the best we have experienced in quite some time. Breakfast was amazing and waitstaff as well. Location is great and close to everything. Gym, steam room, sauna all made our stay more enjoyable. Would absolutely stay again when back in Porto."
