"I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it."

"The refrigerator and microwave were very nice to have. There was no coffee maker and no hairdryer but since I was relocating, I had my coffee maker with me. The staff was very nice and helpful although a couple had a hard time understanding English. My room had quite a few outlets but about ½ did not work or very slow to charge my phone and iPad. The bed was very comfortable"

"No one at the office - floors dirty - interior old"

"The room was ok, me and my husband just wanted to get away for a couple of days. It served the purpose but nothing over the top ( at all ). The sink was broken, and so was the shower handle. But at least there wasn’t any roaches like the previous hotel. However, I will most likely not go back."

"Have stayed here several times and the place has gone way downhill. There was no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Taking a shower was a slippery hazard. The front desk did provide a mat at my request. Much better. Indoor pool was not in service. TV is a junky Magnavox. Many of the DirectTV channels were unavailable. Generally, very worn down. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable."

"It wasn’t even finished be built. The parking lot wasn’t even completely paved. Hotels.com didn’t even know it wasn’t built. They sent me confirmation emails before my trip"

"I never checked in after my friend who also had a reservation for the same period called to tell me not to. Her daughter saw roaches in the bathroom. The place was so rundown. I thought getting a room in a hotel chain would guarantee my expected experience (a clean, safe place to stay). Pictures on site were misleading. Staff told me I could not cancel my two night reservation because it was booked through a third party. I found a place to stay but really disappointed given I need to find a...
