"We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. We are a family of 4. The hotel is great for families especially for young children. They have great amenities and the location is great only 6 miles from magic kingdom. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars but the staff is not friendly. The staff from the restaurant out by the pool are the worst. In one occasion I simply asked for ice and the girl working the early shift gave it to me with an attitude. "The outside and main area looked nice, but once we got into our room that’s where it went downhill. The floors were wet and I thought they had just cleaned, well the entire stay the floors were wet. It was like it was seeping water out. Then the towels felt like sandpaper on your skin. I am glad we only stayed one night."
