"It is located in a nice part of town which we appreciated. While one of the selling points for us was that it was a lower pet rate and they really are pet friendly- our room was ajar when we arrived (11pm) which was a bit unsettling. "Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. "Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. "
