"Wow! Parking and check in were a breeze. The staff is super friendly. There are EV charging stations in the back of the parking lot which was convenient. The building is new and clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfy, room temp was perfect. I love that there are hard floors in the rooms and nothing smells musty or damp or smoky like some other places I’ve stayed. It was super clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and I love that I didn’t smell any weed anywhere on the premises (that can be rare these days). The bathrooms are so nice with quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The coffee was good and I’m picky about coffee. My only small criticism is about the breakfast. The sausage patties were kind of cold and rubbery and the eggs were cold and more like egg powder crumbs, obviously fake eggs that someone didn’t know how to prepare well. There were bagels and cereal which were fine, and also a pancake maker which we didn’t try. The oatmeal was good. But overall breakfast was a disappointment compared with the quality of the hotel and the rest of the stay. We would stay again because the most important things to me are cleanliness, comfort, air quality, and service and all of those were 10/10. I also liked that there were people enjoying the main lobby area in the evening, playing pool and other games and there were nice individual study/work areas as well. I would just say to consider improving the hot food items at breakfast!"

"What a lovely stay! Upon arrival and check-in, I mentioned it was our anniversary trip. She moved us to a lovely balcony room with a beautiful mountain view and gave us a breakfast voucher. Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed. I hope we can return again when fall is in full bloom!"
The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The Omni Homestead is amazingly beautiful! To steward this historic property and keep it in this condition is a feat in and of itself! It’s also nestled in a beautiful area, although I wish they would invest a bit in downtown Hot Springs. It would be great to have another restaurant option for busy nights. It was packed while we were there. Three weddings! I think that made the Saturday pool experience a little subpar (hard to find a chair and they stopped serving food for a while) and an attention to detail a little lacking at times (hair in the shower drain when we arrived, water stations not refilled, public bathrooms needing to be cleaned and restocked toward the end of the day and our room keys turned off even though we paid for a late checkout). All that to say it seemed like they were stretched thin on staff, but the actual staff could not have been nicer! These minor things did not overshadow the beauty of the resort or the great time we had - you just expect a lot when you pay almost $1000 a night!"
