"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"Perhaps, we had an off night for the cleaning staff, but my room was not clean to hotel standards. I’m not picky at all, and I debated even saying anything because I like to give the hotels the benefit of the doubt, but if I had been staying more than just a couple hours to sleep, I probably would’ve mentioned it to the front desk. Every person working there that I interacted with was really nice, so I feel bad leaving any kind of criticism. We also had someone follow us into the parking lot and...

"So the space was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfy bed. Exactly as depicted, no parking as expected but that was made clear in the listing so no problem there.
Check in instructions were clear and accurate. No problem getting in. The problem came when I tried to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain and then these little black particles started coming up from the drain. I messaged the property and never received a response. I ended up leaving early the next day to go home and wash up there....
