"I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because Friday night when we checked in, we were unable to watch tv for a couple of hours. We arrived during a storm and were repeatedly told that the storm was blocking the signal - that new cable system was recently installed and when I asked, I was told that no one else complained about it. Other than the tv, the rest of the stay was wonderful. The room was spotless with a pleasing appearance. The bed was comfortable; there was a walk-in shower with a grab bar and the air conditioner was quiet. Our room was facing the back of the hotel and when we looked out the window, we were greeted with trees. That was a nice surprise. Overall we were quite happy with our stay and may stay again, as long as there are no or expected storms taking in the area."

"If people were to judge the hotel based on the outside you would be mistaken. The room was comfortable clean well-managed semi-updated. Where my room was I felt safe as a solo traveler. And the location is within 5 minutes of a plethora of restaurants as well as the highway and shopping. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing"
