"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."

"Free on-site parking is a plus, the check in process was easy and attendance was friendly. Room was basic but clan and spacious. Bathroom well set out but on the small side. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were not comfortable for me. Overall very good and I would stay again."

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

"I have used this hotel and accommodation for more than 40 years.....only for its location and proximity to the airport. The accommodation is poorly maintained....my most recent visit (room 10) there was hardly any toilet roll in the bathroom...fan controller was broken (very difficult to locate and switch it off on a cold night)....air con unit defective ...just blowing cold air...and there is never any tooth brush/paste in the bathroom."

"Convenient location. The shower is over the bath and there was visible mould so the tiles need re-grouting / fresh silicone. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, I was unwell so ordered room service as not up to going out. On ordering it said 30mins but was more like 45mins and we ended up leaving it after a few bites as it was like warm at best. I tried to prebook the $20 parking but no one responded so had to pay $30 at the overflow parking. The bed was comfy."

"We chose this hotel as it was close proximity to the Gather Round, Adelaide Oval. Was a great experience, the room was great and clean and roomy. Also, received a welcome pack for Gather Round. Will definitely stay again."

"The staff were amazing, everything was clean. Only thing was the rooms were not soundproof and you could hear all the noise from the convention centre early in the morning. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and in a great location."

"We are frequent travelers and we were so impressed with every aspect of this property. The old world ambience was unbelievable. Dinner and breakfast were very good and reasonable price. Gas log fires were very inviting on coldest day of the year."

"Very comfortable bed and good shower. Good amenities close by. Room was freezing when we arrived, ancient heat pump took hours to adequately warm the room and was very noisy. Very limited info available, took until mid morning next day to find someone to give us the wifi password."
