"Very helpful staff. They offered us a free upgrade, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The furniture felt old, but was in excellent condition, and overall, it was a beautiful room with a great view."

"Maintenance issues include a closet door that was almost falling off the frame and thermostat that went haywire while we were out for the day, came back in the evening to a room that was about 90°. Toilet plugged once too, possibly not the fault of the hotel."

"Room this time was not the same size as I have stayed in before with the same booking. The parking fee is on top of the room, which decreases the value. The last night, there were no spaces in the lot and I had to valet, which then includes a tip, making the $25 per night turn into $30 per night."

"Shuttle was great Front staff great But I asked 3 xs for my bed to be changed an room to get housekeeping an not once did anyone come do it Considering I was gone 12 hours each day The bedding was horrible an this is why I asked it to be changed I was supposed to receive a call back and I am gone now an still have not heard from them"

"Lower priced option. Not fancy but ok for a short stay and clise to the airport. The shuttle was quick and convenient. The room was clean. Water temp for shower was ok if you turned it all the way to hot. The lobby could use an update and minor cosmetic repairs needed in the hallway; looked like the carpet was recently replaced and baseboards were still missing in a few areas. Breakfast was mostly cheap carb options, waffle mix, white bread, biscuits/gravy, instant oatmeal, etc. No protein. Staff was friendly and accommodating. At my request, the manager allowed my guests to check in before me; really appreciated that! Front desk gave us extra towels super quick. Not a resort but sufficient."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the front staff were very helpful. We went to breakfast a little more than a half hour before the breakfast area closed. The biscuits were hard like pucks and the only hot option was sausage. We waited, but they didn't refill the waffle batter for the waffle station. All that was available was bread and cold cereal. I understand wanting to close up on time, but I expected more from them on a weekend morning."
