"Everything was fantastic! From easy of checking in with incredible staff, our room was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could need. We dined in the restaurant which was great and used the swimming pool. Everything was super clean and every member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. "Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."
