"Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tweetsie. Everything was in good repair, the staff was super nice, the room was the perfect size for our family, pool and hot tub we're enjoyed and breakfast! You could tell everything was prepared with care and we had the best breakfasts to sustain us through our busy day. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. It seemed like the other guests were having the same great experience because everyone was in a great mood."

"I travel a lot for business and this was an extremely clean property. I was hesitant, as in the past Red Roof Inns were not a place I would stay. This is an exception to the rule. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean, smelled good, and had a comfortable bed and great AC. I would stay again."

"It had a lot of poison ivy around it and that they was not good at the first desk keep up with your reservation good they want to say you don’t pay when you have paid and then they wanna argue with you and argue with you about it"

"PROS: Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Amazing breakfast! A convenient two-minute drive to App State! CONS: The tiniest parking spaces I've ever seen at a hotel. Ridiculously narrow and short! A contractor's truck was sticking way out into one of the traffic aisle entrances and everyone had to maneuver around it. Might suggest contractor's staying overnight with large vehicles park at the end of the parking lot to avoid any future mishaps or accidents."

"Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. "Staff"

"We tried to leave our luggage prior to check in time and were told no, they could not do that. Very unusal!. On the positive side, the front desk did refrigerate some meds before we checked in. Breakfast was good."

"Chris at the front desk & Kacey at the bar/food area were both very helpful and friendly. Did not get the room serviced on Saturday and we had to call for more towels, which were available. The TV remote needed fresh batteries."

"Double room on 2nd floor was clean, fresh and well kept. Staff at nighttime check-in was pleasant and more friendly over the day staff. Breakfast was fine and had variety."
