"The staff was very helpful. The rooms and overall hotel were incredibly clean. The breakfast buffet every day is fantastic with something for every culinary taste. It is located close to excellent a major shopping center. It is, however, missing bigger tables in the rooms (I could barely place my laptop on the small table), phones, and, perhaps minor to European travelers, no access to any sort of ice machine."

"Overall experience is positive. There could be room for improvement. First, drinking water tap is located in the dinning room, which is closed except breakfast time. It would be more convenient if it were relocated to the reception desk. Second, detached bathroom is not a problem but my shower so happened to have a problem. It was late at night. "Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"I booked the double loft room which was cosy but functional. There was not much space to move around but had a comfy bed and nice shower. Sadly there was no desk in the room as it was quite small and there were no real facilities to work from when downstairs (there is a restaurant on the ground floor). The staff did allow me to work from a high table near the entryway but it really was not suitable. There are other establishments nearby that you can work from (cafe / restaurants) and it was...
