The hotel as a property is fine. The rolling cart that the maid used was very loud and squeaky and it would wake you up in the morning as it rolled down the hall.

The place was nice and clean. I only stayed theee for the jacuzzi. I can tell it was repaired and after running the water for a few minutes the color started to change. I just used what I had and didn’t complain.

Customer Service is not a priority here

Locks were broken, and it required either an employee to let you into the room, or leave the room unsecure to come and go. Unprofessional manager treated mysepf and my family poorly when it came to the recovery of an item that was accidentally left behind.

Outdated and overpriced

My stay was not amazing at all. I spent two hours trying to get a remote control for my room. You need to update all interior furnishings. Old scratched, distressed furniture as well as carpets are disgusting. There was a huge puddle outside of elevator. No wet floor signs and no one cleaning it up. I would venture to say corporate would not be happy with conditions. Wouldn't recommend.
