I was told to walk to the office for toilet paper/towels, etc, which is fine but considering what we paid, stocking enough toilet paper...

"The complementary breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for additional towels. The pool was nice. The air conditioner worked great and the balcony was facing the water which was very peaceful and pleasant, giving us spectacular sunset views each night. Location was convenient to nearby restaurants on Main Street and other shops. The room and bathroom were a bit dated, sink and faucet were not clean and there was trash in the nightstand drawer; no maid service...

"Upon check in, the room looked clean and well appointed. Within an hour we started seeing ants! The front desk was told about the ants the next morning. We were gone the whole day and upon our return, our room had not been cleaned, trash taken out, extra toilet paper left, nor did we have clean towels. The front desk was called and everything was taken care of but the ants. We left early every morning and did not return until 4 or 5pm each afternoon. Same story. The front desk had to be called...
