"This is our go-to place to stay when we are visiting family and friends in the Bay. Very quaint and charming place with free coffee and tea all day, a quiet dining area to chill, and clean rooms. Staff is friendly as well. Very near the airport - about 5-7 minutes away. Walking distance from the BART station and also a few restaurants. Go to Ipoh Malaysian resto nearby - so delicious!"

"Nice property but older. However, consistent with Westin excellence. Did not do daily room cleaning. We asked for it to be done twice, and it was done neither time. Disappointing. Despite this, staff were generally helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. Wonder if our messages to front desk about room cleaning never got to them"

"I had a very short stay at this hotel but it was perfect for me! I liked it. it was small and quaint and the room was exceptional. super quiet. the air conditioner even stayed on all night without rattling! bed was really comfortable and his staff was wonderful. I also love that they have an airport shuttled both directions and that I could park my car in a safe location while I travel."

"Front desk was rude and not helpful Airport shuttle wait was 1 hour Asked for wake up call and did NOT get it. I am a flight attendant so this was important for me. Front desk never answered the phone 1 single time. I had to go down stairs to talk to them."

"Well, we were looking for a place to stay for one night, a quick turn around trip, and although the location was okay, the hotel is VERY dated. The carpet smells and is sticky and I wouldn't let my kids take their socks off while we were there. I do have to say that it was relatively quiet, which was good, and the staff were very friendly, but the hotel itself felt old and used. We didn't see any cockroaches, which was good, but I wouldn't have been surprised if we did. "
